Count Assist Pricing

You will always have access to your monthly number of Counts within the Billing section of your Groundplan account.

Searching alone won't affect your quota. Counts are only calculated once Applied to a Measurement. 

You can apply the same set of results multiple times without being charged double. Manual Counts are not included in your quota.

We monitor your quota for your first billing period and display a warning and an option to upgrade your plan if you need to. If you choose to continue on your current plan, the account will be limited to your plan's quota.

It's important to note that we created the pricing structure very carefully, considering all users past, current and future.

The standard Count Assist plan (2,000 Counts) is enough for most trade businesses. 

You can get underway with the Standard plan and upgrade at any time.

It's a simple monthly subscription for the Company.

If you're on the Standard Plan, it's $79 per month. If you're on the Plus Plan, it's $219 per month. That's it.

All Users contribute toward the quota.

No. We use a "high-water mark" model, which means we record the highest number of applied Count Assists to a measurement once. 

For example: If you apply 50 Counts Assists to a Measurement, delete the counts, and re-apply 50 to the same measurement, we will only count 50 towards your quota. If you then delete 50 and apply 60, we will only count an additional 10.
